Welcome to NowBazar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website https://www.nowbazar.in and mobile app (the "Service"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
• Please give correct name, phone number and address details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price for that order.
• Fresh produce such as vegetables and fruits is natural, so size, colour and weight may vary slightly from images. Items sold by weight may be billed for the closest available weight.
• If an item is out of stock after you order, we may remove it from your order and adjust the total.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed only when we accept it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if items are unavailable, the address is outside our delivery zones, or we suspect fraud.
• A minimum order value and a delivery fee may apply, based on your delivery zone. These are shown before you place the order.

4. Delivery

• We deliver only within our service zones. The estimated delivery time (usually 30-45 min) is not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather or high demand.
• Please be available at the delivery address. If our delivery partner cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

5. Payment

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.
• Refusing to pay for a delivered COD order may lead to your account being blocked.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no fake orders, fraud, abusive behaviour towards our staff or delivery partners, attempts to hack or disrupt the Service, or copying of our content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The NowBazar name, logo, website, app and content belong to NowBazar and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, NowBazar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NowBazar operates.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
