Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every NowBazar order. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how refunds and replacements work.

1. Cancellation by you

• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is confirmed (while it shows as "Pending"). Call or message us with your order number.
• Once an order is confirmed, being prepared or on the way, it may not be possible to cancel it, especially for cooked food and freshly packed items. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
• Repeated cancellations or refusing deliveries may lead to Cash on Delivery being disabled for your account.

2. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if items are out of stock, the address is outside our delivery zones, we cannot reach you, or for reasons beyond our control (weather, strikes and similar). You will get a notification if this happens. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

3. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because we sell fresh and perishable items, we do not accept returns of products in good condition. However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• An item is damaged, spoiled, expired or of poor quality when delivered.
• An item is missing from your order.
• You received the wrong item.

To request it:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for cooked food, within 2 hours) with your order number.
• Share a photo of the item and packaging if possible.
• Keep the item until the request is resolved; our delivery partner may collect it.

After checking, we will replace the item in your next delivery or refund its value.

4. How refunds are paid

• Cash on Delivery orders: approved refunds are credited to your NowBazar wallet for future orders, or sent by UPI / bank transfer on request.
• Online payments (if available): refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval. Bank or UPI timelines may add a few days.

5. Non-refundable cases

• Requests made after the time limits above.
• Minor natural variation in size, colour or weight of fresh produce.
• Change of mind after the item has been prepared or delivered.
• Delivery fees, unless the whole order was cancelled by us or not delivered.
